When the Olympics in Sydney ignited a fire inside me that changed my life forever. The buzz of energy, hope, and endless possibilities pushed me to do more in my career, and that's when I embarked on my first technology project.
I am a seasoned HR technology pro with over two decades of experience under my belt. I didn't start out as a tech wizard, though. I began my journey in generalist HR, but soon realized the dire need for technologists who truly understood the HR world. That's when a light bulb went off in my head, and I took the plunge into the realm of HR technology.
Now I have become the go-to person for all things HR tech in a range of industries including professional services, mining, manufacturing, and energy. I've even got the formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business, and Change Management to back it up!
Let me tell you, my friend, HR technology isn't just about fancy gadgets and mind-boggling software (although there's definitely some of that involved!). It's about using our expertise to revolutionize the way HR works, bringing efficiency, innovation, and a sprinkle of magic to every corner of the workplace.
